In order to get cold pressed refined peanut oil, we need to follow the following steps:
1. Remove the red skin with peanut skin peeling machine from the peanuts, dry them at 80°C until the moisture content is less than 5%, and then crush them;
2. Send the obtained crushed material to a low-temperature oil press machine for pressing. The pressing temperature is 45°C and the press chamber pressure is 3.0Mpa to obtain crude oil;
3. Filter the crude oil using a 100-mesh screen at low temperature to remove particulate matter;
4. Add bentonite and diatomite to the filtered crude oil, and then send it to the ceramic membrane for filtration and degumming treatment. The addition amounts of bentonite and diatomite are respectively 3% of the weight of the filtered crude oil; the ceramic membrane The molecular weight cutoff is 20000Da, the filtration temperature is 30°C, the filtration pressure is 0.3Mpa, and the average operating flux of the ceramic membrane within 4 hours of operation is 25L/m2·h;
5. Add activated clay to the filtrate. The amount of activated clay is 3% of the weight of the ceramic membrane filtrate, and then sent to the decolorization device for decolorization. The decolorization temperature is 80°C and the decolorization time is 30 minutes. After filtration, decolorized peanut oil is obtained;
6. Decolorized peanut oil is subjected to vacuum deodorization treatment. The vacuum degree in the vacuum deodorization treatment is 0.05Mpa, the temperature of the feed liquid is 130°C, and the processing time is 1 hour;
7. Cool the deodorized peanut oil to 1°C, then add adsorbent for adsorption treatment for 10 hours, and remove solid matter by hydraulic filtration to obtain refined peanut oil.
