working principle

The material is lifted to the bulk grain box by the elevator. The grain is spread evenly first, and then enters the primary cleaning screen.

First, large and small impurities in the material are removed to improve the purity of the material.

Then it enters the vertical air screen for air ventilation. According to the aerodynamic characteristics of the grain and the different critical speeds of the grain and impurities, the light impurities in the material are sucked into the spiral dust collector and discharged centrally. The better grains pass through the air screen and then enter the specific gravity table for specific gravity selection.

According to the principle that granular materials will produce particle and density segregation during the fluidization process, grains, buds, insects, and other grains in the materials can be effectively removed.

The moldy, rotten, smut and grains with chaff should be discharged from the waste outlet. The selected grain goes to the rear and enters the grading sieve. The grading sieve is a 4-layer sieve (a box of two-body fuselage is also optional), divided into five levels. The sorting principle of the grading sieve is based on the geometric size characteristics of the grain. It is certain that the types and varieties of grain are different, and the sizes are also different. You can meet the sorting requirements by replacing the screens with different specifications.
