Oil processing plant

A standardized edible oil processing plant should have the following production workshops:

1. Oil selection workshop(oil materials pre-treatment workshop)
Clean the oil crops to be processed (such as small stones, dust attached to the surface of the oil crops, other impurities, and moldy particles), etc.
2. Oil pressing workshop
The cleaned oil is mechanically pressed to obtain pressed oil. If the oil needs to be fried, it must be processed by steaming and frying equipment before pressing.
3. Oil refining workshop
The pressed crude oil is physically refined to remove gum, wax, pigments, mechanical impurities, etc. in the crude oil.
4. Oil filling workshop
After refining, the qualified refined oil passes through the filling workshop, is put into bottles, is stamped and packaged with press caps, and then can be sold.
5. Quality control laboratory
It mainly tests the edible oil products produced by the company. The test items include acid value, peroxide value, moisture, aflatoxin, odor, taste, color, mechanical impurities, etc. The company can judge the processed products through the test results. Whether the finished oil is qualified or not, it needs to be re-refined.
In addition, the company's ground epoxy floor should comply with environmental testing standards, the workshop environment should comply with food hygiene standards, product trademark applications, etc. After this series of procedures, a standardized edible oil processing plant will be established.
