Safety technology and maintenance:
1. The motor is 380v, heating, and control system is 220v; it can be adjusted to 220v according to buyer requirement.
2. To keep the safety of the electricity system must adopt earthing control.
3. The hydraulic system belongs to an overpressure grade with 55MPA. Don’t use overpressure.
4. If the pressure gauges not working well, pls don’t start the machine until changing the new pressure gauge.
5. Don’t repair the coconut oil mill when the machine in high pressure and pressure maintaining period.
6. Please do operate the machine according to operating instructions.
7. After frying the oilseeds, pls be sure to exhaust all lampblack, or the oil press easily to gas breakout.
8. After finishing pressing, pls get out the cake, or easily to gas breakout if stay a long time.
9. if the oil line blocked, pls use a thick knife or needle to clean to make it smooth.
10. after using the new machine one month, pls be sure to filter the hydraulic oil and clean oil tank, hereafter pls change the hydraulic oil each year, if a long time did not use the machine, pls shut off the main power.
