2. The characteristics of hydraulic oil press can be changed from 380 volt power supply to 220 volt power supply with two-phase motor according to customer needs to achieve normal use.
3. It is strictly forbidden to put an end to the use of overpressure without unauthorized adjustment and disassembly! So as not to damage the machine parts and affect production.
4. During the production process, it is strictly forbidden to drop debris into the mailbox and suck it into the pump. Lift the oil inlet valve and the steel ball oil pump cannot be produced without oil.
5. The pressure gauge is inflexible and damaged. The production can only be started after the new pressure gauge is replaced before the start of production.
6. The machine is not allowed to be overhauled during the period of high pressure and holding pressure.
7. If there is limited blockage, a single-edged blade and feeler gauge should be used for cleaning and scraping.
8. When the new machine is used for 1-2 months, the hydraulic pressure must be sucked out, filtered, precipitated and cleaned up the oil tank, and then clean it once a year.
9. During the operation of the hydraulic oil press, please use it in strict accordance with the operating rules.
