In the process of using the oil press, there may be situations where the material is not fed and discharged.

Causes | Solution |
The working surface of pressing screw and round ring for the oil press is not run-in smooth | After adding water (about 10%) to the dry cake, slowly add it to the pressing chamber and grind it in until it is smooth |
Too much oil is accumulated in the pressing chamber, and the oil is mixed with oil materials | Add small amount of dry oil cake and oil materials to press at the same time. When re-feeding, it should be from less to more, not too fast |
Bar row and round ring discharge oil grooves are blocked, and oil discharge is not smooth | Remove the bar row and round ring of the oil expeller, soak in hot water for 30 minutes, and clean with a wire brush |
The oil materials content of the extracted oil is too high, and the original bar row and round ring oil grooves are too shallow | Swap the deep grooved bar row and round ring produced by Henan Vic Machinery |
