After half a month of hard work, our soybean extruder machine is finally complete and ready to be shipped to Europe. To save on shipping costs, the machine has been disassembled into 5 parts: the main body, the feed section, the hydraulic mold section, hydraulic pressure station, triangular belt cover.
The main unit of the soybean extruder machine is where the soybeans are processed into high-quality extruded soybean meal. The main unit comes with the extruder screw, steam heating and oil cooling systems, which work together to ensure the best results.
The hydraulic mold section is responsible for shaping the extruded soybean meal into uniform sizes and shapes as required. The hydraulic system is also designed with safety features to protect the operator from potential injuries.
