Introduction:
The 2000 kg/h soybean oil production plant soybean oil extraction machine line is especially designed for oil extraction factory which need the whole production plant with low cost.

Technological process about oil production plant soybean oil extraction machine line
1.Soybeans are transported into a 0.85M3 silo through a 5m screw feeder, and enter into the soybean extruder.
2.After the puffing, they enter the 7m horizontal feeder through the 4.5m screw conveyor, and then are discharged into three soybean oil presses .
3. After the cake from the soybean oil extraction is output from the U-shaped conveyor of 7.5 meters below the ground, the cake passes through the screw conveyor and enters the hammer mill crusher to come out into powder.
4.The pressed oil enters the ground oil tank through the oil pipes.
5.The clarified oil enters the leaf filter through the gear pump, the filtered oil flows out through the outlet, and the oil residue is poured out from the outlet below.
6.If you want to package the final oil，two head automatic filling machine can be choosen.
