YJP series soybean extruder machine mainly consists of the main frame, bearing box, machine barrel, spiral shaft, template and direct steam input system, while the power transmission system constitutes the Y-series electric motor, small V-belt wheel, big V-belt wheel and the V-belt.

The big V-belt wheel serves as a flywheel due to the inertia generated by its heavy weight.

The flakes are fed into the feeding port by the quantitative spiral conveyor along the magnetic chute, and the steam is injected into the expander barrel through the direct steam throttle.

The main spiral shaft with broken tooth spirals rotates in the barrel, blending, pressing, heating, cutting and rubbing the feedstocks.

When the feedstock is extruded from the template holes or hydraulic ring dies in high temperature and high-pressure condition, it will expand due to sudden pressure release and evaporation.
