What Is The Role Of Circulating Water in The Leaching Production Line?

During the oil leaching process, the circulating water system always operates normally in the leaching workshop system, and the temperature and flow rate of its cooling water directly affect the safe operation of the workshop and the level of solvent consumption indicators.

Leaching machine

1. Main equipment and functions of circulating water system

The circulating water system mainly consists of fans, circulating water pumps, condensers, cooling towers, pools, etc.

Radiator: The circulating water after heat exchange inside the condenser enters the cooling water tower and disperses the water through the internal circuit to increase the radiator area. The radiator takes away the heat in the water after heat exchange, thereby reducing the water temperature. .

Cooling water tower: There are many lines inside, which increases the heat dissipation area of the water. It can quickly take the heat away from the water.

2. Daily and start-up inspection requirements for the circulating water system

1) The power equipment (including circulating water pumps and fans) inside the target system is turned and jogged;

2) Observe whether the liquid level of the cooling water tower is appropriate. Generally, the liquid level of the cooling water tower should be higher before starting up;

3) Check whether the filters in the cooling water tower are blocked and whether they are all installed properly;

4) Check whether the water holes of the cooling water tower are blocked and whether the tower is loose or collapsed.

3. Operation precautions and operation control standards for the normal operation of the circulating water system

Circulating water startup

1). The first step to start up the leaching workshop is the circulating water system.

2). When the pump starts, the inlet valve is fully open, and the control room is notified to bring the pump to be started to the site, and the pump is started on site. After the pump starts normally, adjust the pump outlet valve, and adjust the outlet valve according to the current and pump outlet pressure.

3). After the pump is started, the outlet pressure is generally controlled at 3.5-4.5bar, and the pump current is controlled between 190-220A.

4). After the circulating water pump starts normally, check the return water pressure of the circulating water system on site. If the pressure is insufficient, adjust the butterfly valve of the circulating water system to the cooling tower according to the amount of circulating water (close or open the valve according to the pressure until the water pressure required for production is met. ).

5). The circulating water entering the cooling tower must be evenly distributed, so as to ensure that the return water of the condensing system is fully heat dissipated in the cooling tower.

6). After the circulation pump is started and the circulating water pressure and flow rate are stable, check the exhaust valve at the high point of the condenser to exhaust the condenser to prevent air resistance from the high point of the condenser that affects the condensation effect.

Circulating water system operation

1). Check the liquid level of the circulating pool. No water overflow is allowed in the circulating pool.

2). Check the operation of the circulating water pump: stable current, stable pressure, and stable water flow.

Circulating water system shut down

1). The circulating water system is the latest section to shut down in the entire workshop. All sections in the workshop have been shut down, and the circulating pump is not allowed to stop until the temperature of each leaching system drops below 40°C.

2). To stop the circulation pump, wait for 2 hours after the shutdown of the leaching workshop is completed, and the temperature of each leaching system drops below 40°C. Press the pump emergency stop button on site in sequence to close the pump outlet valve.

Emergency handling

1). When an emergency power outage occurs in the workshop, the pump outlet must be closed promptly on site. After power is supplied, start the circulating water system promptly according to the power-on operation.

2). If one of the pumps fails, start the other circulating water pump according to the pump operating procedures.

Precautions

1). Carry out pump inspection on site according to inspection requirements.

2). Switch the circulating water pump according to the weekly schedule of the workshop.

3). Conduct on-site inspections multiple times a day.
