After the first extrusion, the residual oil cakes can be automatically transported back to the feeding hopper through the matching automatic feeding machine for secondary circulating pressing, fully squeezing out the residual oil in the raw materials and greatly improving the comprehensive oil yield. Meanwhile, the equipment is designed with a flexible material discharge switching function. By adjusting the built-in conversion switch, users can choose to return the oil cakes for secondary pressing or discharge the oil cakes from the high-position conveyor. The high-position discharge mode facilitates the subsequent centralized packaging, stacking and transportation of oil cakes, saving a lot of manual handling time.
To solve the problems of crude oil impurity and complicated post-processing in traditional oil pressing, the 6YL-70RL oil press is independently equipped with asquare single-cylinder vacuum filtration system. The vacuum filtering device can directly filter the crude oil extruded in real time during the pressing process, effectively removing solid impurities, residues and suspended matter in the oil. This integrated pressing and filtering design eliminates intermediate links such as temporary oil storage and secondary oil transfer, simplifies the production process, and ensures the clarity and initial quality of finished edible oil.
