1. Black oil arise during working
To solve the black oil, the main solutions is to use small fire, and reduce temperature during the pre-roasting process, then its better to choose automatic oil press machine to realize one time pressing completely to avoid the second high temperature pressing; also can choose vacuum filter to filter the crude oil to improve oil quality
2. Oil press machine suddenly stopped during working,pressing shaft stay still
a.Main reason: New machine first time use but not grind well just put a lot of raw materials to block the machines.
Solutions: Mix with sand and cake to grind the machine at least around 30 minutes to polish the pressing shaft smooth, then can easily to press raw materials
b. Raw materials didn't clean well,the impurities such as sand,steel etc go inside pressing tube to block the machine, pls clean the raw materials well first, u can choose Destoner or magnector to process first.
c. During pressing,pressing chamber lack of raw materials,while put in raw materials too quickly, so the pressing chamber were blocked.So when feed-in raw materials, should be continuous and smooth,cake can't be too thin,when the problem happened, pls stop the power,stop feedin raw materials, and then open discharger,anti-clockwise the pressing shaft to extract it out,then clear the materials inside pressing chamber well, then to restart the machine.
3.Oil press machine oil ouput rate too low
a. When pressing, pls make sure the moisture around 3-4%, if raw materials too dry can't extract oil and can't form cake;if too wet,cake too thick and with high oil residue, also not so easy to have oil extracted out.
b. Pressing temperature is important,if cold press pls put raw materials slowly first,when the pressing chamber temperature raised to requirement,then add more raw materails; if hot press,pls control well the roasting temperature to make sure good roasting,then the roasted raw materials will have better oil output rate.
