After 10 days of production and testing, the 500kg/h oil production line equipment has been completed, ready for packaging and sending abroad.
The oil production line include peanut sheller, screw conveyor, vibrating screen, destoner, gas roaster, oil press machine, oil filter, oil tank, oil filling machine,etc. Peanuts arrive at the hopper through the feeding machine of the peanut sheller, and the peeled peanuts and shells are discharged through different outlets. The peanut kernels through the screw conveyor to reach the vibrating screen and destoner which are used to remove the impurities and stones. Then the peanut kernels reach the gas roaster through the conveyor, the heated peanuts reach the oil press through the screw conveyor, the oil and oil cake flow out through different outlets. The oil flows into the tank, settles and passes through a filter to remove impurities. The cake goes into a peanut butter makingmachine to make peanut butter.
