Main structure of 6Y cold press coconut oil machine
Three main parts: 1. main body 2.hydraulic system 3. Electrical cabinet
A. main body
It consists of the pedal, above board, chamber, nut & these parts. After the raw material put into the chamber and it is propelled forward by the force of the barrel assembly, and the oil comes out from the gap of the chamber, then from the oil pan to the oil tank.
B. hydraulic system
It is the main working source of the oil press, and it is made of the drive axle, worm wheel, worm, gear pump, high-pressure pump, flood valve, manual control valve, cylinder assembly, and the pipe joint. This machine rotates at a low speed, low in oil pressure, anti-heating, and it can continue working under above 65 degrees without the cooling devices.
C. electrical control
The advanced technology lies in that, it consists of motor, voltage meter, pressure meter, power protection.
