Process Description about the palm oil refinery machine
1 Oil Refining Tank
Double speed motor, adopt S-shaped coils to heat in oil refining tank,inner with wing type stirrer, oil increases temperature quickly, water washing is uniform,adopt automatic welding technology, the appearance is nice and beautiful.
2 Drying & decolorization tank
Double layer S-shaped coils in tank and increase temperature and cool, upper is shell cover and lower is cone, its appearance is nice and beautiful, with good leakproofness,inner with wing type stirrer,save energy.
3 High temperature deodorization tank
Deodorization tank adopts polishing stainless steel,inner with high pressure steam jet system, ensure oil layer stir well,with high deodorization efficiency,inner with double layer S-shaped coils, increase and reduce temperature quickly,save energy.
