Oil Processing Machine

1). Perfect structure, easy management, sturdy and durable:
This oil processing machine has a compact structure, a large output, and the body does not occupy much space. It is sturdy and durable, and is very easy to use and control. The amount of material to be discharged, the oil discharge process, and the thickness of the residue cake can all be known at a glance. If you want to adjust it, just turn the handle and the special cake adjustment wrench.

The reduction gears are all immersed in oil and run. The gear tooth surfaces have been hardened by heat treatment, and the main shaft of the press is made of high-quality alloy steel. Therefore, long-term use is guaranteed. The pressing screw and pressing bars in the pressing cage part have also been carburized, so even if they are exposed to high temperature and friction day and night, they can last for more than 3 months.
2). Both steaming and stir-frying:
In order to meet the different temperature requirements of the above-listed oil seeds before pressing, so as to obtain higher quality vegetable oils, this machine is equipped with a steaming and frying heating device for the billet, which can steam and fry the above-listed vegetable oil seeds before pressing.
3). Automatic and continuous steam cooker:
The seed material goes from the entrance to the steam cooker. After being stirred by a scraper and heated by steam, it falls from the feeding port into the feeding head and enters the oil press machine. The oil seeds are squeezed out by the compression of each section of the snail, and flow into the slag discharge and then sent to the oil storage tank. The slag cake is discharged behind the machine, so the entire oil pressing process is self-feeding, steaming and frying. Everything works automatically and continuously until the oil and cake are discharged. Therefore, in addition to adjusting the amount of seed material, temperature, moisture content, and thickness of the cake when driving, you only need to pay attention to the unloading pointer, steam gauge pressure, and ammeter ampere. By adjusting the oil press, the oil processing machine can work automatically and continuously for a long time, so it is easy to manage and saves labor.
