S-15B is upgrade type oil press machine based on S-15, it’s matched with vacuum functions which can filter oil directly after oil extracted oil, the final oil quality is more clear and pure.
This machine can process different kinds of oilseeds such as peanut, sesame, soybean, sunflower, and so on.
Method of operation:
1. Connect the power, pressing the heating switch to wait around 10minutes (this time, you can fry the raw materials), no need to turn off the switch, it is automatic.
2. After oil extracted oil, please turn on filtering, the vacuum pump will begin to work. After finish filtering, please turn off the valve, and open the outlet valve, clear oil will flow out automatically.
2. If you want to get the higher oil yield, it's better to fry raw materials first.
3. Clockwise rotation to turn until can't whirl any more, then do one revolution, you can adjust the handwheel according to the cake situation.
4. After finish pressing, need to press more 3-5 minutes, then press the motor stop switch, press the heating switch, and then pull the power switch.
