Manual Oil Press Machine

The MJ-3 series manual oil press machine is a hydraulic jack oil expeller that uses a hydraulic jack to press a plate to press the oil materaisls.

This manual jack oil press is only used to press the soft oil materials which is pretreatmented and fat dregs, food dregs residue oil. 

The manual oil press also can be used to press the residue water in the traditional Chinese medicine liquid.

    A:  1).Pls clean the machine before you use, then put the hot fat dregs into the barrel.

         2).Seal the pressure plate, and put on wood (self prepare), then put on the Jack to raise pressure slowly until have oil come out from the                   barrel hole.

         3).After slags were extracted out, take out the Jack, wood and bottom plate.

         4).Knock the barrel wall slowly, and then the round oil cake will come out.
