The pre-treatment oil press machine is widely use in various oil seeds crushing and oil making;the pre-expeller has the advantage of large daily processing capacity up to 600tpd, wide application range, low dry oil residue rate, low energy consumption, small occupation area, convenient operation and maintenance etc.

2. This oil press equipment has a wide range of adaptability, and the requirements for moisture and temperature are not too strict. It is also a high and low temperature dual-purpose machine; even if the material temperature is pressed under low temperature conditions of 80-90 degrees, it will not affect the residual oil index of the dry cake, and it can also ensure low denaturation of protein in the cake.

The main reduction gearbox adopts Guomao reducer; the main gearbox gearbox has a cold oil circulation spray device, so that the gearbox bearings and gears are fully lubricate so the operation is steady and reduce the maintenance, and their service life is greatly extended too.

The cake outlet end of the spindle is a hollow shaft and is equipped with a cold-water circulation device to avoid cake sticking.

The stainless-steel cover is 1.2mm thick and equipped with a self-cleaning sight glass.
